1: Content If a site have bad content then no one will want to come to that site 2: Interactivity What i mean by this is that, i would like to have site visitors to comment and rate the site content. 3: Orginization: Even thou you may have a great site, with tons of content and interactivity, if you site is not organized then visitors may not want to spend the time trying to locate the site content
