Press Release: Cowboys vs Zombies out now! {tab=Review}

Cowboys vs Zombies from Tall Chair, is about protecting your town from an infestation of zombies. In the style of Tower Defense games, players can place cowboys anywhere from where zombies are heading and also on buildings and rooftops. The player is given a repair icon to repair buildings that take damage from the onslaught of zombies.

As you progress, you get money from each zombie kill which can be used to promote cowboys to deputies and sheriffs. By promoting, the abilities of deputies and sheriffs are increased such as the rate of fire and range of shot.

Visually, done in a nice vibrant cartoon-styled theme, the graphics from cowboys to the zombies and such are nicely detailed and animated - which fits the wild west theme perfectly.

Control-wise, you simply control the game by swiping your finger to move around, and by dragging and dropping to place cowboys. As with most games these days, a tutorial is included!

There are a total of 6 levels in the game, as each level is advanced, it gets increasingly challenging. The levels can take a while to be completed, so you gotta be sure you're on your toes at most times - the speed of the zombies remain the same - however, it would of been nice to see them increase as the game is progressed.

Overall then, Cowboys vs Zombies is an entertaining 3D tower defense title with a funky wild west theme, it's easy to pick up and play. Despite some flaws, it's not a bad effort at all - with some future revisions and updates, this could turn out to be a real zombie blast!
