The Kinect for Xbox 360 camera reads your body's natural motions converting them into character actions on screen. It's not just a race, it's a battle! {tab=Video} {tab=Review} Adrenaline Misfits is a kinect "boarding" game. Basically you get to "ride" a overboard type thing, and go downhill, go off ramps, and what not. Think snowboarding, with crazy characters, and cool tricks.

When I first turned the game on, I was amazed by the detail in the cutscenes. The fur on all the characters were extremely detailed, and the animation was smooth. Usually, if you see a sweet cutscene it is trying to hid the games subpar graphics, not in this case. The graphics during gameplay are solid, and the frame rate was stunning.

The audio and dialog are over the top, they were going for the "wooOOOoow dude" skater speech, and skater sound track. Usually I would find this annoying, but the talking doesn't occur enough to bother me. The games sound effects are also quiet good.

Their are a few game modes, that consist of races, point rushes. Most involve going down a hill of snow, or a raging river, going off ramps, and just trying to make it to the end. Leaning forward, makes you go faster, backwards slows you down, and having your stomach towards the screen stops you.

You can do tricks by first jumping off the ramp, then when you physically land (not the game character) you can turn in any direction to do spins, and flips. With these types of games, it is hard to get used to turning, I wish that they would have made it so that the game was more sensitive to turns.

In conclusion, I would say this is a fun game, that if you are looking for a kinect game buy this one, the technology still needs a little bit of work, and no storyline is kind of a let down.
